We offer 3 or 5-day Italian, culinary short breaks near Gallipoli (Lecce); cooking authentic Salento recipes with daily cultural visits to our local markets and historical sights.
- Our courses will be held in a 17th Century house in the historic village centre of Felline, followed by a visit to a former 17th Century, olive oil mill.
- You will have a chance to explore the local weekly market.
- You will be creating typical dishes to the region, including trying your hand at making fresh pasta and delicious desserts.
The course fee is € 150,00 for 3-day course and € 250,00 for 5-day course.
Costs include lessons, transport and visit to the village and market.
Accommodation is available in double/queen rooms or family rooms.
